Lizenz transfer

Hi.

I work for a company, who want to transfer theire lizenz to me.

 

I think it's legal to tranfer a lizenz.!?

What informations do I need. I think, the company has to deinstall Captivate and gave me the lizenz code?

    German? You can write in German as well.

    A very important detail is missing: are you talking about a perpetual license, which needs a serial number, or about a subscription license. In the last case, if it is an individual license it is linked to a specific Adobe ID, and you would need to talk with Adobe. If it is a perpetual license, the original user just needs to sign out on his system, and you can activate it by signing in with an Adobe ID on your system.

    super vielen Dank.! In Deutsch ist es doch etwas leichter..:)

    Captivate ist bei dem Vorbesiitzer deinstalliert.

    Die Serial-Nr habe ich vorliegen. Funktioniert leider nicht.

    Selbst wenn ich mich mit der adobe ID des Vorbesitzers anmelde klappt es leider nicht.

    Wo muss sich der Vorbesitzer denn "sign out"en?

    Being Flemish, I do understand German but will answer in English (sorry) because I would make too many 'Fehler' when trying to write.

    If you have a serial number it is a perpetual license. The original user (Vorbesitzer) needs to sign out in the Help menu, here is a screenshot but of the English version:
