Lizenzieren geht nicht

Hi, ich wollte Captivate 2019 in Win11 installieren. Der Installer meldet das der Browser nicht aktuell ist (Blödsinn). Also habe ich die Trial nochmal runtergeladen, da kam die Meldung nicht. Nun läuft es als Trial, und ich kann nirgends die Lizenz eingeben.  Habe zwar eine CC Lizenz, aber da gehört es ja nicht dazu. Wird ohnehin von Adobe behandelt wie ein uneheliches Kind. (V 2019!!)

Hat eine/r eine Idee?

I cannot answer in German, which I understand rather well.

For Win11 you need version 11.8 of Captivate, which is a subscription only license.  You are not the only one to have issues when trying to install the Trial version, am not even sure you can download 11.8 as trial. I am just a user, not working for Adobe. Captivate is not included with CC, that is correct.

This is a problem to be solved by a staff member, I will try to ask someone to contact you.
