LMS Communication Error

Hello, I am using a dummy course in Captivate and posting to an LMS. I am using Scorm 2004 2nd ed. If the user clicks the LMSs Next Lesson button before the current sco is complete, they get a LMS communication error. In the Browsers Developer tools all I get after is cannot communicate with the LMS.

 

Does anyone know of a workaround or solution?

* I don't think it's a Captivate issue, because I've seen it happen with other courses.

    Best way to check out if the problem is due to Captivate or to the LMS is to upload the output to SCORM Cloud and have the same learners access it there. It really looks like a LMS error to me.
