LMS does not save progress in Captivate modules upon exiting

Hi - We are using Cornerstone as our LMS, and we have discovered that when a user exits one of the modules we create in Captivate, the progress is not saved.  Does anyone know if there is a setting in Captivate somewhere that could help us address this?  Modules created by our LMS save progress but Captivate modules do not.

    Check your settings under the Advanced button in Quiz > Reporting.

    It the box for Never Send Resume Data checked?

    If Resume Data is being still sent to the LMS, and you are using SCORM 1.2, how big is the module?  SCORM 1.2 only has quite a small amount allowed for Resume Data and if your modules are too large you may be exceeding this allowed amount.
