LMS is not capturing the Status

Question

Dear Friends,I have developed a course in Captivate 9. The course has three modules. In these three, two are working fine in LMS (UpsideLMS). However, there is a problem in module 3. Though I have attempted the course couple of times, the time spent in LMS shows zero and the status is unattempted.Is there any problem with the course? Or is the the problem with LMS?Please help me in fixing this issue.Regards,Ramya R

To see if the problem is to be found in Captivate or in the LMS, test the course in SCORM Cloud, which is possible from within Captivate.
