LMS loses progress of module

How can I get my Captivate SCORM file to save the learners progress when the file is loaded into my LMS? At the moment it just keeps taking the learning right back to the beginning with no history of what has already been achieved.

    Check your settings under LMS Advanced button.  If you want the LMS bookmarking to work you need to ensure that Never Send Resume Data is UNCHECKED.
