LMS scorm file opens on blank page with play arrow

Good day everyone,

Our Scorm file has been uploaded to an LMS platform ( World Manager)

The file works well, however the opening page is blank white with play arrow.

Only once this is clicked does our project opening page appear.

 

Is there a setting that could correct this to open on our first page?

    AutoPlay was taken out since 2018 by the browsers for any website. Since a Captivate published project to HTML5 is a website, Captivate also took out AutoPlay.

    You can make the experience for the learner more agreeable by using a poster image, or by using other workarounds. Here is another blog post with some ideas:

      Unfortunately, there is no setting within Captivate to solve this problem.

      It would require a JavaScript hack.

      There are some ideas to camouflage the screen so that it appears to be a part of your project.

       

      **Note:  the JavaScript hack will bypass the page but will not allow any autoplay audio to run. The user will still need to interact with the project first. If you're still interested, check the link below.
