loading custom fonts in index_SCORM.html file

I have seen some discussions on the forums about using the css and html file to load custom fonts into Captivate 8 responsive projects. I am using Open Sans as my font (as directed by my client) but iphones only seem to render 'Times New Roman'. I am exporting SCORM files and so have an index_SCORM.html file and a CPLibraryAll.css file. Where and how can I put my fonts to get them to load on iphone?
