Loading error while inserting the HTML animation

Loading.... message appear continously while inserting a HTML animation with extension (.oam and .zip) . It is display only the loading message after insertion. Animation is not visible to us even after a long time and It is also not visible after publishing the capativate file in the HTML5 format. Please check for it and share your experiences

    I've used hundreds of HTML5 animations and never had a problem. I code all of them myself, not with any other development tool.

     

    If you are using one created by Animate are you sure the Loading is not coming from that? I would press F12 in your browser and see if there are any errors in the console.
