Loading icon keeps appearing in Captivate video published to YouTube

When reviewing the YouTube video published from Captivate 9, there are several Captivate loading icons appearing.

Does anyone know why this could be happening? The video is about 9 minutes long. Not seeing buffering icon from YouTube.

If you published this video directly to YouTube from Captivate then I suggest you try publishing to MP4 video from Captivate FIRST before then uploading your video to YouTube outside of Captivate.  That way you won't encounter issues such as you are currently seeing which could have been due to buffering that occurred during the upload and conversion to YouTube video format.

    Hi Mark

I tried your method and it did NOT fix the issue. I can see the issue even when I preview in Next 5 slides mode now.

I didn't see this prior so I know it is not in the initial video capture...

It appears to be at every transition between slides with video.  Any other thoughts?

    Hi Victoria,

How big is your project? I suspect Captivate is launching the project internally then recording it to video (MP4) and it is buffering due to size or you have multiple projects embedded in one. Its recording the actual launching or loading of the projects. Nothing you can do if I am right except streamline your project.

    Cheers
