"Loading" screen partway through presentation

Hi,

Any ideas why a "loading" spinner appears partway through my presentation (using HTML 5)?  It never goes away, and I don't know where to begin troubleshooting.  The content of the slide in question has audio narration and a zoom box on it, but the previous slide has one as well, and it played correctly.

    Could be something corrupted on the slide.  Hide the slide and see if the issue presents on a different slide.  If not, delete the slide and rebuild it.
