Locking course in LMS

The course is built in captivate 9 for Success Factor LMS (SCORM 1.2). The quiz is set for three tries. After the third try, retake quiz button is deactivated. But the learner can re-launch the course from LMS. We want the course to lock and learner should not be able to launch it again. To unlock the course, learner should contact LMS team through his/her manager.

Is there a setting to lock the course in adobe captivate nine? Is this feature related to LMS. This is my first time using adobe captivate to create eLearning.

    I would lock the course in the LMS, because that is typically a management feature of the LMS. I never used Success Factor myself, but maybe you'll have to ask the responsibles for the LMS. If Resume Data is active (normally by default) the LMS knows that the course has been finished. When all attempts on quiz level are exhausted, the user will not be able to launch the quiz again, but he could open the course (and review the quiz if you enabled that feature).
