Looking for a URL wich checks Adobe ID when starting Captivate

Hi, I installed Captivate on the secure network, working on a thin client. After running.exe Adobe askes for an ID verification. When given usn+pass nothing happens. I suspect a fire wall blocks this verification. Now I am looking for the right URL wich I can add to a whitelist. Any ID?
