Looks like the Chrome 80 fix breaks fill-in-the-blank question type

Just that really. I spent yesterday afternoon trying to fix my project which was skipping a fill-in-the-blank question when published to a Totara LMS using SCORM 1.2. This morning I published it using my second machine, which hasn't had the hotfix installed yet, and it worked first time. (No, I'm not going to remove then re-install the hotfix on the first machine to confirm this.)
