Loss of Question Slide Images on Publishing

I am using Captivate 8/Windows 7/Google Chrome and have recently published an interactive project.  When reviewing in Captivate all works fine; however, after publishing, the images on all my question slides are missing.  My question slides now all look a little boring/naked.  Have I done something wrong when publishing, is there a check-box I have missed?

    Can you post a screenshot? Which theme are you using? All quiz objects have absolute priority, where are the images? Maybe they are covered by a quiz object?

    I don't know if it makes a difference, but I have used images within the project for the question slides?
