Lost it all

I was working on a pdf fillable form and had to leave for a while.  Upon returning, I had not shut down my computer, it was just asleep.  So I click on screen only to find everything I had worked so hard on previously was gone, vanished right off of the form.  I had not saved my work because I wasn't finished.  I know, stupid girl;.  Is there any possibility that Adobe saved it some where??  Is there any way to retrieve it??  Please Help!!!
