Hi,

I've seem to have lost my Master Slide View button.  The one that should be directly under the Reset Master Slide button.

Any thoughts on how to get it back....and what I might have done to make it disappear?

Thanks so much for your thoughts.  I am super frustrated that I can't figure it out.

Sherrie

Captivate 8 or 9? Did you try the Window menu, Master slide panel should be listed there. I'm not totally sure because I never use the newbie UI which is apparently the case for you. Did you already use Reset Classic, maybe that will help as well?

Now you had me laughing, sorry! You were in EXPERT Ui, where you have total control, not those (stupid) Big buttons for Library, Master Slide, Properties. You could have opened easily any panel, also Master slide, from the Windows menu as I suggested. And more: you could have opened both Filmstrip and Master slide at the same time. I always have both panels open.

Now you returned to newbie UI, where the application is controlling what you see instead of the reverse. If you like that, OK. Resetting the Classic workspace in EXPERT Ui would neer bring those buttons you seem to like, becaue you could have created as much workspaces with any arrangement of panels as you liked.

Sorry, your answer is not the correct answer to the question you asked. If it is OK, I will mark the thread as answered. You didn't lose the Master slide panel at all, you just didn't do what I told: use Windows meny, Master slide. Your answer would confuse a lot of users.

    OH!

I suppose I didn't catch what you were saying.

I just went to did what you told me and I do see from the Windows menu I can edit the master slide.

    Thanks!

    I kinda get it now.

    Enjoy your day!
