Lost Powerpoint presentation

Hello,

There are old modules that I assign, just recently we are wanting to up date the module. I have searched old files/drives, cannot find the original powerpoint. But in the zip file drive, I found it, I was able to launch it in captivate to view. But I can't make changes because there is no file associated with it. Instead of recreating a new powerpoint, is there any way I can copy captivate slides into a powerpoint? Please help 🙂 Thank you

As Rod points out, you can only import PPT slides. But as you experience this feature is very unfriendly. Each PPT slide is converted to a 'movie' slide mimicking the animations set up in the PPT.  There is no way to access individual objects at all. If your primary goal is to convert PPTs to HTML, it is a much better idea to use a PPT plugin like iSpring instead of a full-blown eLearning authoring tool like Captivate.

Sorry no.  You cannot copy Captivate slides into PowerPoint.

Just forget using PowerPoint and build the slides you need directly into Captivate from the ground up.
