Mac Captivate 7 won't print handouts, etc., to Mac Word 2011...any thots

Has anyone found a solution for this? I have the same problem and nothing in the forums has solved it.

What happen when you try to print handouts ?

Some times it will and sometimes it won't. Been happening more often this time. I am running OS X Version 10.9.3.
