Mac eLearning Asset Installation error

I am on macOS Monterey and I have installed captivate 2019 LS21. 

But I am unable to install the eLearning assets (ver 11.0), it keeps giving me Error Code 41.

Is LS21 for eLearning Assets on mac available ?

If not then how to resolve this ...

    Can you check the full version number under Help, About Captivate? I don't know what 'LS21' means.
