Mac/Windows compatibilty cptx with Captivate 9

Hello,

I did my captivate project on my mac (with trial version) and I want to finish it with the corporate Windows computer (which have a licence / to do some steps that can be done only within corporate application).

Unfortunately, I realize that I cannot open my project in the Windows computer... I'm blocked now because I cannot redo all the work again and I cannot continue it.

Can you please let me know if there is a solution ?

Normally there should not be a problem, provided you are using exact the same version number. Can you check, please?

Thanks for you answer. Actually I thought it was the same since I download them both yesterday but you are right, one in 2017 and the other is 9. Is there a way to convert to a lower version?

No, you can open a 9 project in 2017, but not the other way.
