Magnification not working with Adobe Captivate 6.1.0.319

I have a Captivate file in Adobe Captivate 6.1.0.319 and the Zoom in and Zoom out functionality is not working.

It is not a problem with other Captivate files so its not a global setting that is causing the issue. it is specific to this one project.

How can I fix this?

    Is it just your keyboard shortcuts? If that's the case, you may have a shift-lock going on that you need to release. If it's not the keyboard shortcuts you're using, can you use the zoom drop down, as seen below?

    If that doesn't function, or you can't restore zoom by changing that, I would reset the workspace. If that doesn't work, clear your cache in Edit -> Preferences -> General Settings. If that also doesn't help, you can reset the preferences for all of Captivate by closing Captivate, going to C:/Users/[Your user name]/AppData/Local/Adobe and rename the Captivate 7.0 folder to Captivate 7.0 Old, re-open Captivate and delete the renamed folder since a new folder will be created to replace it.
