Making a multiple choice quiz WCAG compliant

I have set up a multiple choice quiz and need to make it WCAG compliant. When I check the Tab order, the only component in it is the Submit button (as I have removed the other buttons) and no listing of the answer options. Is this normal? How can I make the quiz WCAG compliant. thanks.
