Manual CP5 Patch Installation Problem

Greetings,


We have several systems that due to Army requirements cannot go online. We have installed Captivate 5 but when attempting to install the patch from a thumb drive, we have gotten "Installation failed" errors.


The DL page for the patch has no manual install instrucitons. We are running Windows 7 on Dell 600 laptops.


Any suggestions?

    Hi,

    Can you provide us more info on the issue which will help us investigate and try to reproduce.

    • What error message you are getting.
    • If you can provide us screenshot of error .
    • Send us the logs located in below location:
      • C:\program files\common files\adobe\installers – under this folder send us the latest log with “AdobeCaptivate5.0.1” name prefixed.
