Mark "skipped" questions as correct

Hi,

I have a question on my test which, if answered correctly will skip 2 subsequent questions (currently on following slides).

I'd like the skipped questions to be considered correct as a result.

Is there a way to achieve this?

Thanks,

David

Turn on Branch Aware.  Then only the questions that are visited and answered by the participant will count as part of the quiz.  Your learner will not then be penalised for missed questions, only ones they answer incorrectly.

This might not be exactly what you want, but if the learner isn't going to see or answer those missed questions, why do you need them to be marked correctly?

Thanks for the quick response, i'm quite new to Captivate so apologies for my ignorance This does sound like what we might want. The key thing will be how it interacts with out LMS. I will give it a test. Thanks again.

Turning on Branch aware has some negative consequences: it becomes impossible to use the playbar and the TOC for navigation not only on the quiz slides, but in the whole project. If that is not a problem for you, go ahead. That problem is explained in this blog post:
