Marking textbox answers

I'm new the environment but have been asked to generate a single page report displaying the questions and answers that a student has answered. The questions are mostly in the form of free text (textbox) so the student has written a few lines as the answer.

What is the best way to draw out the question and answers to be displayed on a single page so they can then be marked as correct or incorrect?

The environment is a Web site - DotNet. I believe it is LMS - SCORM 1.2  and using Captivate4.

I'm very new to the elearning and captivate world so any direction or help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Generating the report is really on the side of the LMS (am using another LMS). From the view of Captivate the Quiz settings and SCORM-settings are important. I'm including a snapshot with the settings I'm using when wanting to have the most information from the LMS:

The LMS will score the questions it is able to score, normally I do control the other ones on the LMS, never on print, and adapt the score reported on the LMS according to the extra questions that could not be scored by the LMS (such as the open questions you mention). Which printed reports can be generated by the LMS depend so much on the LMS itself that I cannot answer you.
