Master pages not "sticking" in Captivate 6

We have a recurring problem that occasional slides will appear without the objects (logo etc.) on the associated master slide.  It's not a corrupted master slide, since it works fine with other slides.  It also seems that the problem occurs on different slides at different times.

We have tried resetting the master slide, and switching to another master slide and back again.

Anyone have any ideas?

    Have you tried using a different theme (perhaps one of the other default themes) to see whether the issue is there instead?

    That's a good idea, Rod. We are also having problems with the themes not

    applying. I'll check to see if there's a relationship between them.
