Master Slide Objects on top in Captivate 2019

It appears that there is no longer the checkbox option to put master slide objects on top of filmstrip objects in the 2019 version of captivate. Does anyone know how to get the master slide objects to show up on top? Did this checkbox just move somewhere else and I'm not seeing it?
