Masteryscore is not set when using Multi-SCORM packager in Captivate 5.0

I created three SCOs and published them as zip files. Two SCOs do not have quizes and report completed/incomplete. The third SCO is my quiz. When I publish the three SCOs seperately the manifest for the quiz is set up correctly.

<adlcp:masteryscore>80</adlcp:masteryscore>

When I combine the three SCOs together all three have mastery scores that look like this.

<adlcp:masteryscore/>

This confuses the LMS which is understandable.

I know someone will suggest that I edit the XML file and fix the issue manually. I have done that and it appears to have solved the problem. However, what happens when I am gone and someone else changes a sentence in the course, republishes the course and break a woring course.

Has anyone else seen this? Any suggestions on fixing this within Captivate. I am new to the Multi-SCORM packager but there does no seem to be much control over it but I could be missing something.

    Ignore this post. There must have been an artifact in my data. I went through the entire process again this morning and the masteryscore was added correctly to the MULTI-SCORM package.
