Matching Exercise Drop Down Menu Items Getting Cut Off...

I am creating a matching exercise for a quiz question and I am noticing that when I publish, the drop down menu items are getting cut off. I'm not sure what could be causing this and would appreciate some help with how to troubleshoot. I have already attempted to adjust the size and alignment of the answer items, but it has no effect on the drop down menu items.
