I see that you talk about HTML5 output, but can you tell if this is a responsive or a non-responsive project? Which version of Captivate do you use? If it is a responsive project and you are on CP2017 did you use Fluid Boxes or Breakpoint views.

The matching question is based on a specific master slide. Your screenshot show two different themes. Is the theme you use created in the present version of Captivate? If you customized the theme, what did you edit?

This is a non-responsive project, I'm using Captivate 9 version and the theme created in captivate default theme.
