Matching Questions fade out in LMS

I have noticed when publishing html5 scorm packages in our LMS and employees take our training all of the matching questions text boxes fade out. Has anybody noticed this too? All of my projects text boxes, objects, slide settings are always set to no transition. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Did you also test on SCORM Cloud to check if this is a Captivate or LMS problem?

Which theme did you use? If you have a dark background, you may need to put light-colored shapes behind the answer area. Have a look at this blog post:
