Maximize publish .exe (non-responsive project)

Hi all,

Wondering if there's a simple answer to this (I'm guessing there isn't). I work with non-responsive projects only and publish them as .exe's. I notice that there is still the maximize icon in the upper right corner - but it is greyed out.

I'm wondering if there is an option to allow the user to maximize the .exe's (full screen). I realize that I'm working with non-responsive projects, but I'm not looking to resize/reshape the viewing window other than maximize and minimize (same aspect ratio).

Is there an option to allow the published executables to be maximized, or should I convert the project to a responsive project? If I make the project responsive, is there a way to limit the screen re-sizing to only larger and smaller of the same aspect ratio (ie I don't want users resizing to a portrait-type layout, just maximize and minimize).

RodWard - unfortunately, when I select that option, the window can be maximized but the active are remains the same size (screenshots below).

Libibiri - thanks for your response. I know that checking 'Scalable HTML content' allows the content to resize when it's imported into an LMS as an HTML5/SWF project. It doesn't seem to help me when the file is published as an executable. Do you mean that this only works when the file is published as HTML?

If you want the EXE to be full screen, you need to select that option checkbox when you publish the EXE. It's on the Publish dialog.

AFAIK the exe file is flash-based. A responsive project is always HTML5 output, you cannot create an exe from a responsive project. A normal project, published with setting Rescalable HTML5 output can be maximized, can adapt to each screen resolution. COntrary to responsive projects it will always have the same layout.
