Maximum slide number

Hello I know that there used to be an issue with the number of slides in a course. Is this still a problem in Captivate 9? I have a couple of courses that will potentially be more than 150 slides. Has anyone tested / run into this on Captivate 9?

Thanks!

Kyle

Hi there

I asked Adobe about this a while back. Their response indicated that you should be able to have 400-600 slides with no issue.

Now whether that's a good approach for eLearning and attention spans is another story.

Cheers... Rick

Agreed, I don't think it is wise to make the course as long as it is... but that part is out of my influence and control.

Thanks!

Then make sure you go on record with the client stating that this is NOT recommended.  This may protect you from being blamed for the issues that end users will experience with slow loading times and bookmarking etc when this course goes live.
