Media Characters pane does not display properly

The My Assets Character pane is not displaying properly. The far right and bottom of the pane which has the "cancel" and "OK" buttons is not showing on my screen.  Unable to insert character or get out of this pane without hitting CTRL ALT Delete.  Is there a way to resize this pane?

    What is the resolution of your screen and the display percentage? If you are on Win10 and ha high resolution screen, often the display percentage is set to high which causes this type of problems.

    HI Lilybiri,

    I reduced the display percentage from 225 to 175 and can see the pane properly now.
