Menu Builder-opening links in same window

This may be a simple quesiton but I can't seem to have my file open on the same window as my menu. The only options I see in the Advasnce setting is open a new window.

Pls help.

    Exactly how links behave will depend on the output from MenuBuilder. What is your MenuBuilder output? (.SWF/.HTML/.EXE)

    Additionally, it may also depend on what format the output from Captivate is that you are linking to. What format is this in? (.SWF/.EXE)
