Menu not being created in Cornerstone OnDemand LMS

Hello!

I created several small course modules in Adobe Captivate and then I used the Adobe Multi-Sco Packager to create one course. It is not creating a menu in the Cornerstone OnDemand LMS, but it is testing great in SCORM Cloud. I was able to successfully submit a course to this same group and it worked fine. After I made a few changes, it no longer works. I can't think of any obvious settings that I changed that would make it no longer work. That being said, this is the first course I have created, so I could very well be making a rookie mistake with settings. Have you ever seen this issue and can you point me in the right direction to get it fixed?
