MESSAGE - An error oocured in the script of this page -

I am using Captivate 7 and when I publish to Connect Pro and select SWF and HTML5 I receive the following message when I exit content: 

This message appears when I close the window. It happens with every project I have published to Connect Pro 9.

I have followed the exact steps that are mentioned in this captivate 7 tutorial: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L1JtdeysJaU

Here are the settings i am using:

If i select either SWF or HTML5 ONLY - then the script error no longer appears, but I need both.
