Missing Slides in Software Simulation

Hi,

I am encountering an odd problem when recording software simulation in Captivate 9. When recording in training mode (and also in demonstration and assesment), it seems that I only get the last few recorded slides presented when i stop the recording. I have tried to click multiple times during the recording, but it does not seem like it is detecting it. I also only get the shutter sound randomly and not every time i click the mouse.

Hope someone can help with this problem, as it makes the software simulation function useless.

By the way I am using a windows pc.
