Missing text when opening a project with Adobe Captivate 2017

Hello

It seems that I have an already identified problem concerning the disappearance of text in slides when I open a project. It reappears when I click on it. Surprinsigly they sometime are visible on the filmstrip window . If I don't click individually on them, there are also missing on the published project.

I searched for answers about that problem but none of the already opened questions I found on the forum were resolved.

Do you have any idea?

I ran into this problem with a recent project and I suspect it was related to exporting the text captions to a word document and reimporting them back in once I completed some additional editing. My final solution to fix this problem was to create a new project using the same theme and master slides and then copying and pasting all my slides into the new project file. This fixed the problem.

Be sure to save your original project until you know for sure if this works. I suspect there was a corrupt portion of the project file that luckily didn't get copied over.

Just a question: did you install the recent patch? Most recent version is 10.0.1.285 (Check Help, About Captivate).

I have not yet installed the recent patch. it refuse to do the installation for the moment, I have to investigate and retry.
