Missing tool bar in Captivate 11

I'm missing the tool bar with Slides, Themes, Fluid Box, Text, Shapes, Objects, Interactions,Midia, Interactive Video , Record, Save, Preview Publish and Community at the top whenever I open a project or create a new project.

Try to Clean the Preferences. Close Captivate. Find the subfolder 'utils' under the installation folder, and run the CleanPreferences... which fits your OS. Restart Captivate. Beware: you could lose some customisation, and you'll need Admin rights on Captivate.
