What is the file mm_tracking.swf tracking file purpose in Captivate? Our LMS currently does nothing with the file, but we are having problems with statuses updating and browsers freezing when running the elearning content.

MMTracking.swf is not the problem. What LMS are you using? What LMS
standard are you using? Does other content launch/track fine in the LMS
environment?

The LMS name is Syberworks. We are using SCORM 1.2. This doesn't happen all the time , very unpredictable.
