Mobile lag on responsive Captivate 9 projects

I am seeing an enormous lag on published responsive project on mobile devices, particularly with pressing buttons. I am using a Photoshop document to link several (vector) graphics, and I have 5 slides with 3-4 shared actions (show/hide, mostly). On these slides particularly, the lag makes the interactions unusable. Any troubleshooting or optimization tips would be very welcome!
