Module not working in Adobe Channel Training Center

when i try and complete the course for 

Adobe Education and Charity Customer Eligibility (20 Minutes) (Rest of World)

There is 2 modules 

Adobe Education and Charity Customer Eligibility (Rest of World) English
Adobe Education and Charity Customer Eligibility (20 Minutes) (Rest of World)
The first is 30 minutes prework and the second is the course. i have completed the first but when it comes to the seccont course it loads to a block screen and does not work.
I have tried multiple browers on multiple operating systems across multiple computers and none seem to work, screen shot attached.
can anyone help with this?

    Aside from any temporary bandwidth/connection issues that would likely resolve themselves, you will probably want to contact the course author/administrator and have them took into the issue.
