Mouse Clicks Not Working on Click Boxes

I have a project where part of the click boxes have the mouse click sound and then later in the project the sounds don't play at all. I've checked the properties of those click boxes and they do not have the "Disable mouse click" box checked so I'm not for sure what has happened to the project. Has anyone else experienced this corruption of a project before? And if so, how did you fix it?

I would prefer not to re-record my software simulation again.
