Mouse Clicks Out of Position on Rescaled CP 5 Projects

I think I found a bug in CP 5, but I don't if or to whom to report it.

This has worked in previous releases.

Basically, we're just rescaling the project after capturing a demonstration by adding 10 pixels of border around the capture area.  (See Rescale settings below).

The problem is the mouse click animations show the old click locations and surrounding graphics.  (See image at bottom).

Has anyone else seen this?
