Mouse movements and audio clicks are not playing

Hello,

I have made a training simulation recording in Captivate 9. When I preview the recording the mouse movements and the mouse audio clicks do not play. This is quite upsetting. I feel I should have recorded this in our previous version of 5.5.  I have also updated to the latest version 9.0.2.437. The mouse appears if I play the current slide only.

Any help is appreciated.
