Mouse pointer is off in Captivate Video Demonstration

Captivate - version 7.0.1.237

Windows 10

I'm a real novice, so I apologize for what's probably a basic question, but I can't find a solution to this. My mouse pointer is way off in the playback of Video Demos. I thought it might have been my old computer, and I just gave up, but I'm on a new laptop now and it's doing the same thing. I'm attaching a screenshot. Any ideas??
