Mouse Points dont show in Captivate 2019

Question

I am creating Captivate videos using Captivate 2019 release 11.0.1.266

The Edit Mouse Points option adds a single mouse icon to the end of the video timeline, there are no multiple mouse points showing. When I click on the singl mouse icon at the end of the timeline it seems to be showing all mouse movements in the video in one go, it looks like it is giving me only one mouse trail from beginning to end. How do I get it to show multiple mouse clicks?

Can you post a screenshot of the timeline (complete or at least a big part)? Tell also which version you are using (Help, About Captivate) on which OS.
