No matter how I position my mouse on the timeline, I get a three second lag. I can't find any information on how to fix this.

    Welcome to our community

This seems to suggest you may be seeing an issue with the slide just before the one with the mouse on it.

Can you post screen shots of the Timeline for each of those two slides? (Please use the camera icon you see when posting using the forums interface. Emailing will not work)

    Cheers... Rick

I am thinking this could be a versioning issue because these videos were created with 4.0 and we've switched to 5.5, but I'd still like to know how to solve the problem.

    Hi,

Just to cross-check whether is it a versioning issue, create a project in cp5.5 and then insert a slide with mouse and see whether you are seeing the timing lag.

The timeline shows that the mouse should appear at 10th second, is it appearing at 13th second when you preview the project?

    Thanks,
    Vikranth
